The discography of American rock group Toto includes 13 studio albums, 4 live albums, and a number of compilations. Toto has released original music as well as collaborated with other artists on soundtracks and films. Toto has won numerous Grammy Awards for their work.

Before the formation of Toto, band members did session work for other musicians. Drummer Jeff Porcaro, bassist David Hungate, and keyboardist David Paich (the son of session percussionist Marty Paich and brother of guitarist Joe Porcaro) played on Boz Scaggs album from 1975 Silk Degrees. The collaboration led to the formation of Toto in 1976.

Turn Back, Toto's third studio album, was criticized by critics due to the absence of hit singles. In 1985 the singer Fergie Frederiksen quit the group The band held auditions for the new frontman. The band picked guitarist Steve Lukather, and recorded Fahrenheit in 1986.



In 1998, Toto celebrated its 20th anniversary by re-discovering old demos and tapes to release a special record called Toto XX. The album was a hit by fans, and the band embarked on a tour that featured former members Bobby Kimball, Steve Porcaro, and Joseph Williams.

Toto has released a variety of music videos. The band has released a number of compilation videos and DVDs. The most watched video by the band is "Africa", which has more than one billion views on YouTube. The video is set in a library where the band performs on top of a stack of African books.

The track "Africa" is from the album Toto IV. The song was written by the band members and produced David Paich. It was a huge success in Europe and other countries. The album included an original cover version of Weezer's song “Hash Pipe” which they added after hearing it on the radio.
